Team Telecom Armenia is seeking for  Online chat Specialists in Yerevan  who will provide direct communication between the company and its current/future customers.

Key Responsibilities։

 

  •  Identify customer needs and issue questions’ clarifications  in written form;
  •  Respond to Customer requests in a timely and accurate manner using a written platform or email;
  •  Process requests by providing relevant information;
  •  Serve multiple clients at the same time and register complaints/questions in parallel;
  •  If necessary, draft  a Request Submission and send it according to the priority

 

Education։

       Higher Education

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to type quickly and competently;
  • Ability to set effective interpersonal relationships;
  • Quick orientation and decision-making skills;
  • Attention, flexibility, analytical thinking;
  • Excellent knowledge of  Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
