The fixed internet speeds indicated in the tariff plans are available only with 12-month subscription with autoprolongation.

Mobile TeamTV operates not using Internet megabytes and is available throughout the country.

Download TeamTV application from App Store or Play Market, then you can activate the TeamTV service by dialing the *818# command from your cell phone, or on TeamTV application login page click "Register", then click "Get password". It is necessary to enter the received login and password in the appropriate fields of TeamTV mobile application.

To restore TeamTV service login and password, you need to dial the *812# command from your cell phone, or on teamTV application login page click "Password Recovery".

With username received by SMS, you can connect to 3 TeamTV devices simultaneously.

Be Free a special tariff can be used by subscribers of all COSMO and COMBO packages.

• In case of termination of the main number of the COSMO/COMBO tariff plan, as well as in case of removal of a number subscribed to the COSMO/COMBO+Be Free combined tariff plan from the group, the tariff plan will be switched to the Prepaid "Be Free 3000" tariff plan.
  The change of the tariff plan will take place at the moment of the main number’s termination or removal from the group. And in the case of a postpaid TP on special terms "Be Free Unlimited"-from the 1st day of the calendar month following the termination of the main number of the postpaid TP "Be Free 5000" or the change of TP.
• The tariff plan is provided for 30 days. If You have enough money on Your balance after 30 days, the sum will be charged, and the package will be provided automatically. If the amount of the balance is less than the package price, then it will be activated and the inclusions will be provided after the balance is topped up by the appropriate amount.

If you have been suspended for 51 days, your service package will be cancelled, including fixed internet.

Subscribers of the Cosmo 4 12500 and Cosmo 4 9900 Regional tariff plans have access to the GeForce Games Free subscription at no additional cost.

Subscribers of the Cosmo 4 16500 and Cosmo GIG tariff plans have access to the GeForce Games Perfomace subscription at no additional cost.

To activate the service, you need to send the command *321# and register on the GFN.am website, click the “Register and play” button, then the “Team” button and enter the telephone number with this tariff plan.

For foreign citizens subscribing, the following security deposits are required:

• COSMO 2 (8,000 AMD) – 50,000 AMD
• COSMO 4 (12,500 AMD) – 70,000 AMD
• COSMO 4 (16,500 AMD) – 80,000 AMD

In the event that a request to terminate "COSMO" / "COMBO" services is submitted by an individual holding ownership, co-ownership (possession, management, or usage rights) over the service delivery location, the fixed-line services included in the package shall be disconnected. The mobile number will remain active under the subscriber’s name, and the service model will be automatically switched from postpaid to the prepaid “Convenient” tariff plan.

After consuming incuded in tariff plans packages the following tariffs wiil be applied:

While using the included in the tariff plan applications during the active period of internet package MBs will not be consumed, and the internet isn't tarifficated.

In which cases traffic may be tarifficated?

• If you have an inactive package.
• If you visit other websites from the mentioned application.
• In case of downloading application and updates from the Google Play, App Store and Windows Store.
• In case of using non-official applications of the mentioned services.

Technical traffic and advertising banners on the pages of the applications are also tarifficated according to the tariff plan terms. Paid content and subscriptions are paid separately.
