Customer Care Directorate

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and conduct trainings for the quality improvement of customer care service.
• Provide accurate and timely communication to teams involved in direct contact with customers.
• Cooperate with other stakeholders of the Company.
• Control and assess the process of communication with customers in
• line with developed standards and evaluation matrics.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
• Introduce and implement new ideas, projects and proposals for the improvement of quality.
• Hold individual/group meetings to disclose gaps and consult over solutions.

Education:

     University degree

• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to conduct training and sessions;
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills (written and verbal);
• Ability to keep work ethics, responsible and flexible personality;
• Analytical mindset;
• Willingness to changes;
• Ability to integrate/adapt easily and act promptly;
• Stress-resistant and conflict management skills;
• Ability to take independent and effective decisions;
• Advanced user MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point):            
• Fluency in Armenian and English languages, knowledge of Russian language is a plus. 

Working experience:

• At least 2 years in a relevant field;
• Experience in customer care and service is a plus.
