Position Title:

Junior lawyer

Structural unit:

Legal directorate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on related issues: issue of new securities, expropriating/acquiring of shares/bonds.
• Develop and review corporate documents.
• Compile packages of documents to be  submitted to the State Register of Legal Entities of RA Ministry of Justice.
• Submit declarations to competent authorities.
• Ensure the legal compliance of the Company's operation with RA corporate legislation, as well as the rules of the Stock Exchange.
• Monitor the amendments in corporate legislation and evaluate their impact.
• Provide legal clarifications to the Management bodies of the Company, as well as to internal departments.
• Prepare annual corporate governance declarations.
• Provide legal support of processes related to issues of Company’s intellectual property protection.

Education:

• University degree in Legal

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of RA legislation and legal acts in the areas of civil, corporate, payment systems, audio-visual media, electronic communication, competition protection, tax and other areas;
• Advanced user of legal software (Irtek, Arlis);
• Advanced MS Office user;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Time management skills;
• Stress-resistant, ability to deal with hard cases and take prompt and effective decisions;
• Multitasking skills;
• Analytical mindset, flexibility and detailed-oriented;
• Excellent team working and cooperating skills;
• Fluency in Armenian languages, knowledge of English and Russian languages.  

Experience

• Relevant work experience is a plus
