Team Telecom Armenia is looking for Technical support specialist with willingness to work in shifts (day shift/night shift)

Position Title :

Technical support specialist

Structural unit:

Customer Care Directorate

Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner․

·        Develop the requests by providing relevant information.

·        Identify customer needs and clarify questions.

·        Record complaints/surveys through relevant programs and monitor their progress/performance by other departments.

·        Cooperate with other departments for identifying and eliminating customer problems and give prompt solutions.  

Education:

·        University degree in Technical

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Excellent communication and cooperation skills;

·        Profound knowledge of Excel;

·        Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS, Linux/Unix OS is a plus;

·        Knowledge of mobile network/equipment is an advantage;

·        Excellent knowledge of products and services;

·        Team working skills;

·        Ability to deal with hard cases and take prompt and effective decisions;

·        Stress-resistant;

·        Fluency in Armenian, knowledge of English and Russian languages. 

Working experience:

·        At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant field
