Position Title

  Head of Inventory Team

Division

 Technical directorate

Key Responsibilities:

·      Organize, lead and control the inventory process.

·      Monitor the time-schedule of incoming and outgoing inquiries.

·      Ensure the implementation of works under approved time-schedule.

·      Monitor the proper documentation of the process.

·      Organize the timely submission of monthly reports.

·      Review the technical usability of goods and provide further recommendations.

Education:

·      University degree

Qualifications and Skills:

·      Knowledge of Armenian programs (ArmSoft);

·      Excellent reporting skills;

·      Advanced MS Office user;

·      Excellent organizational and leadership skills;

·      Be a good team player and team leader;

·      Ability to set priorities and take effective decisions;

·      Willingness and ability to work under pressure;

·      Time management skills;

·      Excellent cooperation and communication skills;

·      Ability to work in a team;

·      Flexible and analytical mindset;

·      Fluency in Armenian languages, knowledge of English and Russian languages.  

Experience

·      At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant field;

·      Experience in telecommunication sector is a plus
