Position Title

Marketing research and reporting analyst

Division

 Products & Analysis Department

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct telecom market research (active subscribers, potential subscribers, market totals, competitors' subscribers).

·        Compile and submit reports and researches to relevant departments.

·        Conduct analytical and research projects and be involved in all stages of research implementation.

·        Conduct surveys, compile and verify research questionnaires.

·        Monitor the process of conducting research field work, check the final results of research.

·        Prepare reports, perform ad-hoc analysis, make presentations and other related materials within the specified time.

·        Monitor the work of agencies providing marketing research services.

·        Formulate/design research requirements.

·        Periodically update information related to current activities (database, other information sources)

Education:

·        University degree, preferably in marketing or economics

Qualifications and Skills:

·        Knowledge of research methods;

·        Knowledge of programs needed for marketing research;

·        Knowledge of methods and tools of analysis (SWOT, PEST, competitive analysis, etc.);

·        Analytical mindset;

·        Time management skills;

·        Ability to set priorities and make effective decisions;

·        Ability to manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously;

·        Advanced knowledge of  MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);

·        Reporting and presentation skills;

·        Excellent communication and cooperation skills;

·        Strategic thinking;

·        Stress resistance, flexibility;

·        Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.

Experience

·        At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field
