Position Title :

IT Department

Key Responsibilities:

·        Analysis of IT change requests related to customer service, changes in the provision of new products and services, and assessment of their feasibility.

·        Participation in the company's projects in order to identify requirements in the initial stages of the project and determine their impact on IT systems.

·        Propose optimal IT solutions for company initiatives.

·        Presentation of recommendations for optimal IT decisions on company processes.

·        Perform approval and/or business analysis depending on the type and scope of the change application.

·        Participate in IT change revision and implementation management processes.

·        Development and coordination of functional projects of information systems within the group's responsibility.

Education:

·        University degree

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Knowledge of SQL fundamental principles;

·        Knowledge of the basics of IT service management;

·        Analytical thinking;

·        Ability to manage time;

·        Ability to set priorities and make the right decisions;

·        Excellent communication skills;

·        Teamwork and collaboration skills;

·        MS Office excellent knowledge;

·        Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Working experience:

·        At least 2 years of working experience in a relevant field
