Position Title:

Head of Real Estate Management Division

Structural Unit:

Operational directorate

Key Responsibilities:

·      Ensure operational management of the Company’s constructions, buildings and customer care offices.

·      Plan and monitor division’s budget.

·      Draft and introduce procedures and regulating policies of the division.

·      Organize and ensure productive cooperation between other stakeholders of the Company.

·      Organize and control the due operation of the Company’s constructions and alarm/air-conditioning systems.

·      Organize and control the entire process/flow of expropriation, leasing and acquisition of the Company's real estate.

·      Organize and monitor repair/restoration works in the properties of the Company.

·      Ensure effective cooperation with the tenants of the business properties.

Education:

·      University degree preferably in Finance or Economics

·      Financial planning and budgeting skills;

·      Organizational skills;

·      Ability to take decisions of key significance;

·      Excellent cooperation and negotiation skills;

·      Team leading skills;

·      Responsible, flexible and accurate personality;

·      Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks;

·      Stress-resistant;

·      Conflict management and time management skills;

·      Advanced MS Office user;

·      Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English language.

Experience:

·      At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field;

·      At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
