Chief Product Officer

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the TV platform, including streaming services, catch-up TV, and VOD.

·      Manage partnerships with content providers, technology vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance the platform's offerings.

·      Oversee the selection and procurement of customer equipment, ensuring compatibility and optimal user experience.

·      Lead the development and roadmap of applications for TV and branded STB boxes.

·      Drive business development initiatives to expand the platform's reach and revenue streams.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

·      Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions and innovations.

·      Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Education:

·      University degree

Qualifications and Skills:

·      Understanding of TV streaming technologies, content management systems, and Android TV ecosystem;

·      Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships with content providers and technology vendors;

·      Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive user engagement and revenue growth.

·      Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·      Familiarity with business development and marketing strategies in the digital media space.

·      Ability to set priorities and take independent decisions;

·      Willingness to changes;

·      Excellent knowledge of the Armenian, English and Russian languages.

Experience

·      Proven experience in a product leadership role within the TV streaming, OTT, or digital media industry
