Key Responsibilities:

·      Perform drive-test checks to reveal the coverage and quality of the radio network (2G/3G/4G/CDMA, etc.).

·      Find problem-elimination solutions.

·      Study and process received applications.

·      Carry out the site inspection of new stations in order to re-equip, expand and improve the quality of the network.

·      Prepare technical data for indoor solutions (SARF, baseline data, preliminary drawing, etc.).

·      Prepare the data required for the activation of the new stations and check the parameters and the operation of the station after activating it, if necessary, introduce new parameter change values, perform network optimization and problem analysis.

·      Provide reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.

·      Plan the locations of new base stations, prepare the list of newly purchased equipment, create projects and process with their implementation.

Education:

·      University degree in Technical field

Qualifications and Skills:

·      Knowledge of radio network planning and optimization;

·      Excellent knowledge of radio network architecture;

·      Knowledge of radio network planning and optimization tools;

·      Ability to make effective decisions in complex situations;

·      Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships;

·      Excellent teamwork skills;

·      Flexible and analytical thinking;

·      Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio), planning and optimization programs;

·      Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language, good knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Experience

·      At least 2 years of role related experience;

·      At least 5 years of experience in telecom sector is a plus.
