Due to the technical upgrade works being conducted in “Team Bonus” program, there may be certain limitations starting from October 1, 2024. From September 30th, 2024 until October 2th, 2024 inclusive, “Team Bonus” program will be temporarily unavailable in My Team application and via the *555# command. Starting from October 3rd, 2024, “Team Bonus” program will be temporarily accessible only through the *555# command in the following manner:

• All accumulated points and status will be preserved.
• The deadline for using the accumulated points from the previous year will be set for December 31st, 2025.
• Subscribers of “Team Bonus” program will continue to accumulate points for each 10 AMD spent on mobile services according to the rules of “Team Bonus” program. Points will be accumulated based on a specific coefficient of each status set by the Company, as specified in the rules of “Team Bonus” program.
• Due to program limitations points that are not accumulated will be provided later.
• During this period, there may also be limitations on subscribers’ registration and points redemptions in “Team Bonus” program.
