August 29, 2024, Yerevan — Team Telecom Armenia is conducting technical upgrade works, due to which there may be limitations in "Team Bonus" program starting from October 1.

We inform you that the points accumulated by subscribers in 2023 and 2024 and their status will be preserved, and the deadline for using these points will be set to 31.12.2025.

During the technical upgrade, subscribers will continue to accumulate points according to the terms of "Team Bonus" program - for every 10 AMD spent on mobile services, and exchange them for corresponding packages. During this period, there may be limitations on exchanging points for packages.

Our team implements the necessary measures to ensure the availability of the service. We will provide additional information about the full restoration of "Team Bonus" program.

"Team Bonus" is a bonus program that allows to accumulate bonus points for expenses made and exchange them for a number of services.
