28/12/2019. As from December 28, 2019, new decreased tariffs applied for Beeline subscribers travelling to Artsakh: incoming calls are AMD 15 per minute, outgoing calls to Armenia and local calls in Artsakh are AMD 29 per minute, 1MB of Internet AMD 22, one SMS is AMD 40.

The decrease of tariffs in Artsakh will continue according to Memorandum signed between the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia, the State Commission for the Regulation of Public Services and Economic Competition of Artsakh, “Karabakh Telecom" CJSC,  and all three Telecommunication Operators of Armenia.

The mentioned tariffs will be valid until July 1, 2020.
