On the International Customer Day subscribers received another pleasant surprise in Beeline Stores
19th March 2019, Yerevan: Beeline holds the first "Customer Day" this year, which coincides with the similarly-named international holiday. The Company management team consisting of over 60 employees from various departments will visit Beeline Stores throughout Armenia, work with customers, listen to their suggestions and wishes and, of course, congratulate them on the Customer Day.
Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin congratulated subscribers in Beeline Store on Tigran Mets Avenue today.
“In Beeline, we celebrate the “Customer Day” each quarter, and, according to established good tradition, the first customer day is devoted to this wonderful holiday every year. I would like to note that it is this format that helps us receive our subscribers’ feedback we need, thanks to which we improve our services, service level and become even simpler, more user-friendly and closer to our dear subscribers with each run,” said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.
In addition to the “Customer Day”, which is held on a quarterly basis, to collect feedback, Beeline offers subscribers to leave their feedback and ratings after visiting offices, the call center, or when receiving SMS surveys on other topics. Thanks to this feedback tool, Beeline received and handled about 65,000 references last year, the results of which revealed 11 most active customers who were invited to the Head Office, and for whom a company tour was organized, including one to Beeline call center and a communications museum.
