Package reactivation

If the included minutes, or MBs were comsumed, but the package term is not expired yet, you can dial *815# command to reactivate the package at anytime.

In the case of enough balance the fee will be charged and the package will be provided for 1 month.

After the package activation unused Internet volume will be nullified.

If the internet package has expired, you can turn on:

• “3GB” service and get 3 GB for 500 AMD for 7 days, activation: *4100#
• Internet Packages: Giga 1+1GB, Giga 2+1GB, Giga 5+1GB, Giga 10 GB, Giga 15 GB.
• Mega 300+ or Mega 500+ services.

Important! In case of activated "Mega" service and active free package of "Smart 1700" tariff plan inclusions will be consumed in parallel from both packages. After consuming of "Mega" service inclusion in case of free package availability Internet usage will be charged from the free package, otherwise the tariff is 5AMD/MB.

Use Yandex Taxi, Navigator, Music applications without consuming Internet.
 
When the tariff plan is active, the use of these applications does not consume MBs included in the package, and the Internet has no tariffication.

Yandex Music application provides 2 options: free use without subscription and paid use with subscription, which provides full opportunities of the application, including HQ sound, search, download music, as well as no Ads within the app. In case of paid subscription you will receive 3 months free trial. The application has also Armenian music, which can be found by search.

With a zero balance, applications will work if the Internet is enough to generate Internet session – at least 8MB.

Yandex applications do not consume Internet in case you are using the Internet from Smart TP. When additional Internet packages/services are activated, Internet for Yandex applications is being consumed from those. 

When using the applications after the active period of tariff plan, Internet will be charged according to our standard rates after expiration of active period, 29 AMD/MB.

In case there are not enough funds on the last day of the tariff plan, unlimited Internet access to Yandex Taxi, Music, Navigator is not granted. Internet cost will be charged for using these applications

For new subscribers, the service of free TeamTV channels is automatically activated.

In order to use the service of free TeamTV channels, current subscribers must dial *818# to receive their login and password.

In case of losing login or password dial *812#.

TeamTV mobile application does not consume internet megabytes and is available all over the country.

Using TeamTV without consuming megabytes means that upon enabling SMART plan, the megabytes included in the package shall not be used while watching teamTV in 3G or 4G (LTE) mobile networks and no additional fees shall be charged from your balance.

ТeamTV application is available On all smartphones and tabs with operating systems iOS 12.0 and Android 6.0 and above. Rebroadcasting of TV channels (audio-visual programs) is provided by "Telecom Armenia" OJSC and "TEAM" CJSC. The content of the video gallery is mainly provided by "TEAM" CJSC.

You can use the "Armenians' World" service and make a call with more affordable rates by dialing *88* or 88 before the number.

If the Internet balance is less than 8MB, then with the simultaneous generation of more than one Internet session, the remainder of the package will be spent only on the first session, and the rest of the sessions will be billed according to the terms of the tariff plan, that is, at the price of 1MB.

After the provided Internet package is used up, an SMS notification is sent to the subscriber in order to prevent unforeseen expenses. Not receiving or receiving late SMS may depend on various limiting factors. To prevent unexpected expenses, you can control the balance and expiration date of your internet package using USSD commands. Note also that SMS notification is sent after the end of the Internet session.

If you have enough money on your account after 1 month*, your monthly fee will be charged to your account and the service will be automatically prolonged.

Switching to "Smart 1700" tariff plan from "Smart 2700", "Smart 3500", "Smart 5500", "Smart 7500", "Smart 9500", "Smart 12000", "Smart 15000" TPs costs 200 AMD. Switching to "Smart 1500" tariff plan from all other TPs is free of charge.

The mentioned terms of the tariff plan are valid only on the territory of Armenia.

The maximum duration of one call on prepaid tariff plans is 120 minutes.

Tariffication is per second., starting at 1 second.

The prices are in AMD, including VAT.

If there is Internet access received from the tariff plan or other services, the MBs received from the Shake advertising lottery are spent first.

*When you first connect to the tariff plan, the service is provided for 30 days. When the tariff plan is reactivated, the service will be provided for one month.
For example, when you activate the tariff plan on the 5th of this month, if you have enough money on your balance, the reactivation will take place on the 5th of the next month. In case of activation of TP in the last days of the month (e.g. January 31), reactivation will take place on the last day of the next month (February 28).
