    • What do the blocking numbers for directions mean?
      You can choose the directions you want to block for calling. Here are 6 available options. 01-blocks international outgoing calls (00) and value added services (090) 02-blocks international outgoing calls to Georgia, to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Baltic States, blocks calls to value added services (090) and outgoing calls made by ‘’Armenians’ world’’ service (*88*,88) 03-blocks international outgoing calls, outgoing calls to Georgia, to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Baltic States, and outgoing calls made by ‘’Armenians’ World’’ service (*88*,88), other fixed (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), and mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh (Vivacell Orange, K-Telecom), ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888), blocks outgoing calls with value added services (090) 04- blocks international outgoing calls, calls to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), blocks value added services (090) and outgoing calls made by ‘’Hayeri ashkharh’’ service (88,88), blocks other fixed and mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh, ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888) and outgoing calls with value added services (090). 05-blocks outgoing calls in general excluding calls made to special numbers 06-lets the fixed line subscribers, (except for ones of Gyumri, Stepanavan and Akhuryan cities, Vayk, Goris village subscribers and CDMA subscribers), make calls to fixed networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh (010, 011, 02, 03, 047, 060xx) and blocks outgoing calls to other directions (outgoing international calls (00, *88*, 88), blocks outgoing calls to mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh, ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888) and calls to value added services (090).

    • How can I change my password?
      To change password (free of charge) for key telephones, please dial *99*abcd*ABCD#, for rotary dial telephones, please dial 199abcd ABCD (‘’abcd’’ is the old code, ‘’ABCD’’ is the new code - any four-digit number). If you have forgotten the old code, you need to visit any Team retail store to restore it, where all the changes for passwords will be canceled upon written application. How can I activate/deactivate immediate call forwarding? For key telephones, please dial *21*[phone number]#. For rotary dial telephones please dial 121 [telephone number]. Deactivation for key telephones is #21# and for rotary telephones it is 122. How to activate/deactivate ‘’Call waiting’’ service? Activation for key telephones is done by dialing *43#, for rotary dial telephones, please dial 143. Service deactivation code for key telephones is #43#, for rotary dial telephones 144. The service is free of charge.
    • How can I activate / deactivate instant call forwarding?

    • How can I close my number?

    • How can I activate the "Calling number identification" service?
      Thanks to the "Calling number identification" service you can see the mobile or landline number from which you receive a call on your telephone device screen.The service activation and deactivation is made by the Operator upon your written application.The application should be submitted to the nearest Team retail store.The service activation is free of charge.The monthly subscription fee is 200 AMD/month.
    • How to activate / deactivate the "call waiting" service (third call)

    • How does the "call waiting" service function?

    • Why can't I make an outgoing call?
      If you receive the "it is not allowed to use this service type from your telephone service" message when making an outgoing call, this means, that you have blocked outgoing calls. If you know the password, please dial #33*ABCD# to unblock outgoing calls. ABCD is the password.

    • How much do I need to pay for a new telephone line installation?
      The one-time fee for a new telephone line installation is 2400 AMD.
    • How can I get my monthly billing information if I disagree with the bill presented for the previous month?
      You can get detailed information in any Team retail store. A detailed bill can be received only by the person, in whose name the telephone line is registered, after presenting an ID card.
    • Can I check my balance for the current month?
      It is not possible to check the bill for the current month. You can check the bill for the previous month through the 115 service.
    • How can I get information concerning my debt?
      Call to number 115 in Yerevan: Please dial 115 short number, and enter your six-digit telephone number following the instructions of the answering machine, after which the information on your debt amount will be presented to you via voice message. Call to number 115 in regions of Armenia: Please dial 115 short number, and enter your eight-digit telephone number following the instructions of the answering machine, i.e. the regional code + the telephone number, without dialing 0, after which the information on your debt amount will be presented to you via voice message.The information concerning your debt is presented in 3 languages - Armenian, Russian, and English. Calls to 115 short number from a landline telephone number are free of charge.The service is provided free of charge when calling from Team mobile telephone numbers.The subscribers can receive information concerning their debt amount for landline telephone communication services for the previous month as of the 3-rd day of each month.
    • How can I get a detailed bill?
      Detailed bills are presented to individuals upon written application, submitted by the landline telephone number owner or his/her authorized person (by notarized power of attorney) when visiting a Team retail store. Individuals need to submit:- passport- notarized power of attorney (if the applicant is not the telephone number owner).- you can receive a detailed bill by submitting your passport, power of attorney written by the subscriber without notarization, as well as a copy of the subscriber's passport (if the applicant is not a subscriber, but is registered at the address where the telephone number functions)- пsubmits an application to receive a detailed bill- pays the service fee. Service fee For subscriber, who are landline telephone communication individuals: A detailed bill for outgoing calls (for each 1 page of the detailed bill) is 10 AMD A detailed bill (sent via e-mail) 0 AMD Prices are presented in AMD, inclusive VAT. A detailed bill for outgoing calls is provided with a restriction of up to 5 years, calculated from the moment of application receipt.
  • Conclusion, termination of the contract
