How can I know the balance recharge validity period?
Recharge is unlimited. You will be able to use the top up amount for an unlimited period as long as Your balance is positive (there is money on the balance).

If there is no charging period, can I go without charging and talking even for 1 year?
Yes, if Your balance is not zero. If it is zero, then You can use only incoming services (receive calls and SMS).

How long can I use my SIM-card in case of zero or negative account balance?
If the balance of Your account is zero or negative and You do not use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services is suspended and the contract is cancelled unilaterally according to 11.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” OJSC. You have connected equipment to a public electronic communications network that is incompatible with or interferes with the operation of the public electronic communications network or the ability of others to use public electronic communications services.

What is my SIM-card’s validity period in case of positive account balance?
The validity period of the SIM card is unlimited if the balance of Your account is positive and You use communication services. If you don’t use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services may be suspended and the contract cancelled unilaterally according to 7.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” ОJSC. The contract can be renewed with the same number within 1 year. To restore the number, You must contact the nearest Team Sales and Service Office with an identity document and, as a new subscriber, sign an contract with the same number, selecting one of the price plans on sale and paying the price of the selected price plan. If the specified period expires, restoration of the number will be possible based on its availability.

How the amount will the charged if there is no sufficient amount on the balance?
The period of the transferred amount is 3 days, after which "Trusted Payment" amount will be charged automatically, even if there is no corresponding amount on the account.

Why can't I use the service?
Next time "Trusted payment" can be received 2 days after the charge of the previously received amount. You can use the service again, when the previous received amount has been charged from the balance. The service is available to prepaid system subscribers, who have been using "Team" mobile network services for more than 3 months.

How can I block the service with a code? I do not want this service be available for my phone number.
The service cannot be blocked by any code. To block it, You can contact the call center or visit the Team office.

How much is the service connection cost?
The service activation price is 29 AMD.

Can I use the service while outside of Armenia?
It is possible to get "Trusted payment" both in Armenia and in roaming.

Can postpaid subscribers use the service?
The service available only for prepaid subscribers.
