Telephone line installation
To install a landline telephone in the office is very easy:
- Fill in the application form
- Wait for response
- Sign the contract
- Official incorporation certificate
- Director’s passport
- Power of attorney and the authorized person’s passport (if the contract is to bе signed by the authorized person)
- Proof of privilege – if available (number of the document certifying privilege, discount level, and when and by whom the document was issued)

According to the "The rules for provision of telephone services and their use", approved by the Decree of the Commission for Regulation of Public Services of the Republic of Armenia No. 272-Ն dated May 20, 2008, the natural person subscribers of landline telephone communication of "Telecom Armenia" CJSC shall be entitled to suspend provision of telephone services and related payment obligations based on their written application thereof.
