• Transitions from existing tariff plans – with termless conditions. A contract with the Subscriber is concluded for a period of 18 months. Obligatory condition is the availability of fixed telephony.
• Subscribers will receive WiFi router for using.
• In case of contract termination, the subscriber should return the router, or pay the total price of WiFi router mentioned in the contract – 23 520 AMD including VAT. In case of early termination of the contract, the Subscriber pays a penalty of 20 000 AMD.

The time required to restore the service (in case of an accident): 24 hours.
Response time to service quality complaints: 24 hours.

The new connection or activation is done in 3-5 working days, and in some cases it can be extended depending on the technology provided, the location and the work of other structures.
