Team Telecom Armenia is looking for Call center specialists in Yerevan city, who will be persons of contact between the Company and the customers.

The Flexible and shift mode of the work (includes day and night shifts), as well as the opportunity of professional development make the role attractive for students.

Position Title :

Call center specialist

Structural unit:

Customer Care Directorate

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify customer needs and provide full/comprehensive information.
  • Review the customer needs/problems and provide relevant solution or find alternatives.
  • Transfer the solution of problems/cases to other units if needed.
  • Provide first level technical support to the customers.

Education:

·        University degree or diploma in college;

·        Education in technical field is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English is a plus;
  • Willingness to work in shifts;
  • Customer-obsesses and positive attitude;
  • Responsible and flexible personality;
  • Ability and open to new skills and knowledge;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Conflict management skills;
  • Advanced MS Office user.

Working experience:

·        Working experience in a relevant field
