To learn about amount of remaining MBs and its validity you have to enter *113# code.
To change or deactivate internet package you have to apply to Team Sales and Service offices or OSE, or to call Client Support Service (100) and apply for changing or deactivation of your current internet package.
- "Giga 2 GB" internet package from “Telecom Armenia” OJSC provide to postpaid mobile internet users opportunity to use Internet without speed limitation for fixed monthly payment.
- Spent MBs in roaming will be tarifficated according to relevant tariffs.
- Internet packages are available to all postpaid service users except mobile internet “Infinity”, “Drive”, “Basic”, “Night” and “Unlimited” services subscribers.
- The package is fully provided to subscriber on the first day of the month in case of connection to package. In case of connection on the other day the price and provided amount of MBs will be calculated according to remaining days till the end of the month.
- In case of not spending the whole amount of provided MBs during the active package moth, the remaining MBs will not be transferred. MBs spending data and price during the active package moth will be calculated according to relevant tariff.
- To change or deactivate internet package you have to apply to Team Sales and Service offices or OSE, or to call Client Support Service (100) and apply for changing or deactivation of your current internet package.
- In case of change of tariff plan the balance of internet package and its validity will not be saved.
- In case of subscribing to more than 1internet package, the traffic from all connected packages will be accumulated and at the beginning of the next month all the internet-packages will be activated again: every packages fee will be charged according to its price.
The time required to restore the service (in case of an accident): 24 hours.
