Block telephone number free of charge if you have lost SIM-card or do not want to use your telephone temporarily
You can block telephone number free of charge if you have lost SIM-card or do not want to use your telephone temporarily1. Service is provided to subscribers of both prepaid and postpaid systems of payments.
- For physical bodies, number blocking/unblocking of no more than 3 numbers is implemented on the basis of oral application of the subscriber.
- Number blocking/unblocking of more than 3 numbers is implemented on the basis of written application with visitation of cell phone number owner or attorney-in-fact of owner (with a letter of attorney, certified by notary) in Beeline’s Customer Care Office2.
Service is provided to subscribers of both prepaid and postpaid systems of payments.
If Subscriber is a juridical body:
- Trustee of the organization presents a passport and a notarized power of attorney
- pays the account debt
- presents the written request including the blocking term
- fills the form for the service provision
1 During the blocking fee is charged from subscriber, according to parameters of acting tariff plan. All telephone numbers stay in subscriber leased possession on blocking.
