If you wish your telephone number to be hidden while making a call, it is necessary to dial #31# telephone number For example: #31#091XXXXXX.
If you wish your telephone number not to be hidden while making a call, it is necessary simply not to dial #31# before the telephone number you call. For example: 091XXXXXX.

Service fee is 25 AMD per day.

You can use the service only in case of positive balance.

You can use the service in roaming as well.

You cannot use the “Incognito” service simultaneously with the “Calling Line Identification Presentation” service.

If the “Incognito” service is active and there is a sum on the balance (positive balance), the service fee for the next day is charged during the period from 00:00-03:30.

Upon positive balance daily service fee in the amount less than 25 AMD will be charged in full, as a result of which the balance will be negative – in the amount of the difference between 25 AMD and the sum on the balance. To continue using the service, it is necessary to have a positive balance.

Upon every service activation and reactivation daily fee is charged.

The service continues to remain active till its deactivation.

After service deactivation the #31# command will not be active. 

If a hidden call was made to a subscriber using the “Easy step to Team” service, the telephone number of the calling subscriber is identified in the SMS message, received by the given subscriber.

If the call was made via “Call at friend’s expense” service, the telephone number of the calling subscriber is identified to the called subscriber.

If there is not enough sum on prepaid system subscriber’s balance for making a call, the telephone number of the calling subscriber is identified in the SMS message of the called subscriber.

The daily fee for postpaid system subscribers is calculated by the following formula (750*a)/b, where a is the quantity of days, when the service was active during that month, and b is the quantity of days in the month.

Please, take into account that Team cannot ensure that your telephone number will not be provided to the called party by his/her operator, providing telephone communication services (including Team).
