Roaming service is deactivated when the limit of provided services is exceeded.

The list of Beeline roaming partners, as well as available roaming types are presented here.

Available roaming types depend on the terms of Beeline roaming partners in the given country. 

In postpaid payment system the charges for all services in roaming can be implemented with delay (up to several days), hence the limit of provided services can be exceeded and communication limitation can be applied later. 

To check the limit of provided services dial *110*321#, and if you want to change the limit visit Beeline Customer Care Office or call to Beeline Customer Support Center by dialing 0611.

Roaming should be activated before leaving Armenia.

For postpaid subscribers roaming is automatically activated in «Karabakh Telecom» network.

Be attentive in border areas on the territory of Armenia to avoid unauthorized use of roaming.

Choose the network manually from the phone settings.

Roaming activation in Beeline Customer Care Office

• submit passport,
• submit power of attorney certified by a notary or a power of attorney, signed by the phone number owner (if the phone number is not registered on the applicant),
• pay the debt on the account,
• fill in the “International roaming” service activation application. 

For “My company” service users roaming can be activated the same way as for private individuals.

Other legal entities can activate roaming by visiting Beeline Customer Care Office.

The authorized person of the given company should:

• submit his/her passport,
• submit the power of attorney (certified by a notary or signed and sealed by the director of the company),
• pay the debt on the account,
• fill in the “International roaming” service activation application.
